Policies

Scheduling + cancellations

I value your time and I protect my coaching schedule so I can show up fully for every client. These policies keep things clear and fair.

In-person sessions

  • Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as used.

  • If you are sick, injured, or there is an emergency, reach out and we’ll handle it case by case.

Form checks + check-in calls (video or phone)

  • Please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Calls canceled with less than 12 hours notice may be counted as used.

No-shows

If you miss a session or a call without notice, it may be counted as used. If something unexpected happens, message me as soon as you can and we’ll adjust when appropriate.

Payments + Refunds

Payment options and plan structure are discussed on the discovery call/ before purchase. Because coaching time and program work are reserved and delivered in advance, refunds are generally not offered. If something isn’t working, tell me and I’ll adjust the plan so you’re supported.

Coaching check-ins and response time

  • Messages are typically answered within 24 hours on weekdays.

  • Weekends and holidays may be slower.

  • If you’re dealing with persistent pain, new injury symptoms, or anything that affects daily life or training, please contact a medical professional.

Program Delivery + Updates

  • Your program is built from your intake information and movement screen (when applicable).

  • Updates are made based on your feedback, adherence, and progress.

  • If your schedule or goals change, tell me so I can adjust the plan.

Scope of Practice

I work within the scope of my credentials as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I do not diagnose or treat injuries, prescribe rehabilitation, or provide medical nutrition therapy. If pain is persistent, worsening, or limiting daily activities, I recommend working with a physician or physical therapist.
