Who I AM

Get to Know me

I’m Bree—NASM CPT + CNC and the coach behind Offtrail. I grew up in California and fell in love with the ocean: surfing, freediving, scuba diving, and spending time in kelp forests alongside harbor seals. Those sports (and rock climbing) taught me my first real lessons in patience, skill-building, and respecting the basics.

Later, living in Hawaiʻi, I trained freediving and spearfishing and learned what focused practice can do over time (personal best: a 90-foot dive and a 4-minute breath hold). More importantly, I learned how much progress opens up when you reconnect to your body and train with intention.

When I moved to Colorado, I traded reefs for ridgelines—backpacking, snowboarding, and guiding hikes—and built strength and endurance that actually held up in the real world. I also learned you don’t have to be the best at your hobby to belong in it.

I’m not here to claim I’m great at every outdoor sport. We’ll start where you are, build a plan, stay consistent, and level up without burning out or making life revolve around training.

Whether your goal is feeling strong day to day or training for something bigger, we’ll build a plan that fits real life and gets you there.

I’m big on simple systems: clear goals, a plan that’s easy to follow, and regular feedback so we know what’s working. You’ll get structure and accountability without an all-or-nothing vibe.
